These terms explain the use of CronoOn and the responsibilities of the platform and subscribing businesses.
About the service
CronoOn provides online scheduling and operational tools for service businesses. Available capabilities and limits depend on the selected plan and business configuration.
Accounts and responsible use
Businesses are responsible for their authorized users, configuration, public content, and lawful use of the platform. Abuse, illegal activity, attempts to bypass access controls, and interference with security are prohibited.
Plans, trial, and billing
Available plans and prices are shown on the CronoOn website. Eligible businesses may start a 14-calendar-day trial without a payment method. Paid subscriptions use Stripe-hosted Checkout, renew monthly, and may be canceled for the end of the current paid period.
Privacy and data
Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Notice and Data Processing Agreement. Each business is responsible for the data it enters, the instructions it gives, and the lawful use of customer information.
Suspension and termination
CronoOn may restrict or suspend access to protect security, prevent abuse, address non-payment, or respond to a violation of these terms. When the service ends, data follows the applicable export, retention, and deletion procedures.
