Privacy Notice
This notice explains how CronoOn collects, uses, protects, and retains personal data.
How data is used
Each subscribing business decides how customer, appointment, service-history, and business communication data is used. CronoOn processes that data to provide the service and manages account, security, billing, support, and platform-operation data for its own purposes.
Data collected and purposes
CronoOn uses the account, contact, booking, configuration, audit, delivery, security, and technical data needed for scheduling, authentication, communication, fraud prevention, support, reliability, billing, and compliance.
Retention and deletion
Personal data is kept only for the period needed for its purpose, legal obligations, security, and service continuity. It is then deleted, anonymized, or returned according to the applicable process.
Rights and requests
Depending on the applicable law, people may request access, correction, deletion or anonymization, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. CronoOn may verify identity before responding. Requests can be submitted through the support page.
Sharing and security
CronoOn may use service providers for infrastructure, identity, email, support, monitoring, analytics, and billing. Only the necessary data is shared, with access controls, encryption, auditing, backups, and other appropriate safeguards.
